Hello Freinds!!! 
   My name is Laura.I have twenty two years expirence in massage therapy.I recieved my training at The PHD Academy in Eauclaire Wisconsin. My focus is on orthopedic massage which helps individuals to regain joint mobility after a surgery or injury. I also incorporate these techniques into a beneficial stress reducing therapeutic massage for the busy person looking just  to have a little muscle refresh. I believe wholeheartedly that how we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our life. So incorporating healthy habits into ones daily routine will reflect on our physical and mental well-being.
