Hello!
I studied Massage Therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood Colorado in 2016.
The belief system that I have followed throughout life is To Help Others. Whether it be with Physical, Mental or Emotional Pain, my goal is to make people smile, laugh and try to enjoy the moment that they are in. My first career being a Professional Ballroom Dance Coach allowed me to carry over much of my belief system in how I treat others, with kindness, respect and compassion.
As a Massage Therapist, I have been able to apply everyday lessons to most people that come to see me for Massage. If you are in need of Quiet Time for Yourself, Relaxation, or Stress Relief, I can be here for you in that moment.
If you are a Runner, Sports Athlete, Serious Mountain Biker or very Active in your everyday Life, my goal is to help your body Relax from all of the activitiy and create an environment of healing and movement through Sports Massage Therapy.
I have 17 modalities under my belt thanks to CSHA and am confident I can help you during your time of need...if I am unable to do so, I have a great referal base and will make sure we help however we can!
