Hi there! My name is Elizabeth and I graduated March 2013 from Virginia College of Huntsville, AL for therapeutic massage and received my license in May 2013. I offer Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Body Scrubs, Lymphatic drainage massage, and on site only chair massages. I also offer add-ons, such as aromatherapy, hot towels, cold therapy, stones, and scraping.

I used my love of human touch, connection, and healing to find my way to massage therapy and truly believe I found my calling! Over the years, I have used those passions to help people recover from injuries, surgeries, relax from stress, maintain peak performance while in sports, and everything else in between! I not only listen to your preferences and where you tell me your problem areas are, I also listen to your muscles and have a knack for finding the troublesome spots!

Have problems laying on your back or stomach? No problem, I am prepared to set up my table to do a full side-lying session for your comfort! Find you can never breathe when face down? I have a bottle of peppermint oil on standby! Need extra support for your neck or head when on your back? Let me know, I have a towel for you! Stubborn knots that don't want to release with manual work, but you can't handle deep tissue, or hurt for days after from it? I will use hot and/or cold therapy to help get you the results you need, without you suffering during or for days after!
