Kim Humphrey

Kim Marie Humphrey, LMT is a Marine Corps veteran and former federal employee who embarked on a complete career change after close analysis of her life over the past 20+ years. Kim learned that self-care is paramount and directly contributes to overall wellness which will transcend, positively, throughout all other aspects of one’s life.  It is Kim's intention to help others in their self-care journey.
