Welcome to Kathman's Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage.

Everyone that enters here is treated like the individual that they are.  I customize every session to your needs and use the techniques that best suit you and your needs.

I am located at 1812 24th Ave W, Spencer, Iowa, north of the County Club Golf driving range.

The purpose of massage is to enhance the general health and well-being of the recipient.  Massage does not include the diagnosis of a specific pathology, the prescription of drugs or controlled substances, spinal manipulation or those acts of physical therapy that are outside the scope of massage therapy.

Massage and Bodywork can help release muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture and reduce blood pressure.  Massage may also promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety, and create an overall sense of well-being.
