I joined the massage therapy community because I believe in the therapeutic affects of touch and connection. Bodywork such as massage and Craniosacral therapy bring deep healing to the body which helps rejuvenate the workings of all our systems.

Stress is such a major factor in many illnesses that statistically 60 - 90% of Dr. visits are in the mind-body stress related realm. Personally, I have an Autoimmune disorder which I've been able to keep in remission for 20 years. I've done this through several lifestyle changes and by practicing stress reduction through Yoga, meditation, and bodywork. 

I believe in the body's capacity to heal itself and the Holistic practices I've learned and practice myself give me the tools I need to stay healthy and well. We all need to manage our own health and taking care of ourselves is paramount. Take a little time to listen to your own body and let the body relax and destress naturally.
