Katrina Rude, LMT, LAMT, NSFMP, BFTP, CESI, RBT

Founder & Master Practitioner

With nearly four decades of hands-on experience, Katrina specializes in helping people with persistent pain, tension, restricted movement, and recurring physical patterns.

Her approach looks beyond the area that hurts. She considers how the body is functioning as a whole and uses advanced hands-on techniques to address contributing patterns and support lasting change.

Katrina is the creator of Neurostructural FlowTM, an integrative approach developed through decades of hands-on experience.

She also provides specialized bodywork for animals, with a particular focus on equine wellness, mobility, and performance.

Meet Hannah

Hannah Webster, LMT, NSFP

Massage Therapist & Practitioner

Hannah combines her background in exercise science, biomechanics, muscular function, and movement with therapeutic massage and restorative bodywork.

She works with active individuals, athletes, and clients experiencing muscular tension or physical strain. She also creates a calming environment for stress relief, relaxation, and restoration.
