I am a California State Certified Massage Therapist, providing compassionate nurturing massage to aid your healing and/or relaxation.

I have a private practice in a beautiful 1903 Craftsman home converted to offices, near downtown Santa Rosa, at 659 Cherry Street, Suite 108.

I was a part of Sutter's Institute for Health & Healing, for nearly 10 years, working at an integrative clinic which provides services to patients from the range of hospice to performing athletes.  I have extensive experience with athletes, children, elders and patients with medical conditions, including cancer.

Specializing in the amazing Hendrickson Method orthopedic manual therapy, I can help you heal from conditions like whiplash, frozen shoulder, sciatica, as well as surgeries and life's other stresses.

This is an incredibly effective method of relieving muscle related problems, such as the aches and pains resulting from auto accidents, sports injuries, repetitive stresses, exercise and aging.

Many of my clients opt for Hendrickson Method, until their aches and pains are gone. Then they continue to come in for relaxing therapeutic massage (as you would receive at a spa), with Hendrickson method for localized areas as needed.

Through the healing art of therapeutic touch, you can reach states of relaxation and comfort that nurture greater awareness of body, mind and spirit.

My intention through the healing arts I practice, is to help you touch, create and nourish what is important to You, and for You to more fully enjoy all that Your Life has to offer.

I offer many other types of bodywork and enjoy finding what will work best for YOU.

Some may be better for you than others, at different times.  Also, it can be beneficial(and fun) to mix them.  Some follow set patterns; others can be modified to focus on areas of concern.

All work is comfortable, as one's nervous system must be in a state of relaxation, for the best healing to occur.

Cancellation Policy
It's understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, unless you have become suddenly ill, or have an unexpected emergency. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other Clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
