Massage and Wellness by Julianna is an independent, woman-owned business dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to wellness. Founded, owned, and operated by Julianna, the practice combines professional bodywork services with thoughtfully curated wellness products to support self-care and overall well-being.

Julianna's diverse educational and professional background allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to each client's experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (2020), is a Reiki Master Practitioner (2021), and became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) in 2024. Her training also includes Sound Frequency Therapy and Aromatherapy. In addition, Julianna spent several years working in pharmacies, assisted living communities, and hospital settings between 2021 and 2024, gaining valuable insight into various aspects of health and wellness. Drawing from this unique blend of education, hands-on experience, and holistic practices, Julianna strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey.

Massage therapy services include, but are not limited to, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Integrative Bodywork—a customized blend of techniques tailored to each client's preferences and goals. Optional enhancements such as cupping, hot stones, and energy work are also available.

The wellness experience extends beyond the treatment room. Clients can explore a collection of handcrafted wellness products designed to bring the spa experience home. Each item is made in small batches using all-natural, non-toxic ingredients, with safety, quality, and simplicity at the forefront. The collection features artisan soaps, candles, body scrubs, shower steamers, bath bombs, bath soaks, lip balms, nasal inhalers, and other thoughtfully crafted self-care essentials. Every product is created with intention, creativity, and an appreciation for the daily rituals that encourage rest, relaxation, and personal well-being.
