Energetic Bodywork

This is a gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on energetic bodywork that leads to deep and profound relaxation. An embodied, heart centered approach to healing and transformation that gets in touch with the natural healing potential inherent in each of us.

This is a way of working with energy and consciousness for healing and spiritual awakening. It relaxes the body and mind, while getting in touch with the universal breath that circulates the energy currents within and around the body. Once we are in touch with this primary respiration the healing happens naturally.

Generally, an open ended four step process is worked with. We first become aware of our whole body felt sense of being, allowing the body and mind to relax deeply. Then we cultivate an conscious neutral within inner spaciousness that allows us to feel everything without a fixation on anything. This relaxation and inner spaciousness, while remaining fully present, gives us access to deeper aspects of our mind. We now allow ourselves to be immerse in the universal breath, allowing this primary respiration to reveal the multilayered waves, rhythms and pulsations of energy which brings about a natural healing wherever needed. Last, as this healing is unfolding, we abide in our natural state of being. This is where the magic happens.
