I specialize in helping clients living with chronic pain, unresolved injuries, limited mobility, and muscle dysfunction—especially those who have tried other treatments without lasting results. Many of my clients come to me after physical therapy, chiropractic care, injections, or being told surgery is their only option.

My treatment approach combines Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, Trigger Point Therapy, and corrective movement into a comprehensive treatment system that has become the foundation of my evolving philosophy: The Myostructural Recovery Method™.
