Massage Therapy is defined as the treatment of soft tissues to promote tissue health. It stimulates the body's own healing process.  Receiving frequent massage may yield benefits including the reduction of pain, postural distortions, repetitive use injuries, and stress. I focus on integrating relaxation with clinical treatment.

I offer Clinical/Integrated/Medical Massage Therapy, specializing in pain reduction and restoring range of motion.* Myofascial Release is my primary modality. I also utilize medical, sports massage and other integrated techniques in a relaxing environment. Massage can be a helpful tool used in conjunction with Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. I treat children, teens, adults and seniors.

*I don't offer lymphatic or scar tissue massage. Post operative massage therapy here is more of an adjunct to Physical Therapy, to Reduce Pain and restore Range of Motion.
