I am a Postal City Carrier by day, and mom 24/7 to three wonderful kids. My massage studio is my sanctuary and relaxation time. So when you come in, this is your time to relax, unwind, or whatever you need, just know I am also unwinding because what I do, while it may be my job, it is so peaceful and relaxing to me as well.

I enjoy feeling the knots, tension, stress, you name it release and leave your body. While you may feel beat up, massage drunk, or sore for a bit to a day at most, know that it is a perfectly healthy response to a massage. I highly reccommend a epsom salt and baking soda soak in the tub after a massage that leaves you feeling sore because it helps to draw out the toxins that were released during the massage.
