Jennifer Fox

I offer integrative bodywork that combines the holistic, non-invasive approaches of craniosacral therapy, connective tissue therapy, lymphatic and visceral work to promote pain relief, healing and health maintenance. My approach is part analytical, part intuitive, and completely client-centered.

Each session is unique, unfolding as a collaborative effort that gives primacy to your needs and feedback. Your body’s connective tissue matrix (fascia) is my touchstone, and the rhythms, fluids, spaces and energetic matrix of your body direct my focus. While my work addresses specific areas of pain, limitation and imbalance, my intent is to help create the conditions for your body to open to its innate healing potential and return to equilibrium.
