Ivana Jourdon

Ivana Jourdon, MS, ACSM-EP-C, LMT

I have been in the field  of exercise and wellness for over 10 years. I have taught exercise and health science classes at college level including exercise physiology of cardiovascular training, healthful living and boot camp. As part of my continuing education  and a strong belief in alternative medicine treatments, I completed a certificate in Massage Therapy in June 2018. I have a passion for health and wellness as well as for outdoor activities such as trail running, cross country skiing, mountain biking, camping and skiing.  I strive to help others realize their passions and help them achieve the level of wellness necessary to enjoy them.

As a massage therapist, I have worked in various settings including chiropractor/physical therapy offices, a high end spa as well as a mobile massage. I enjoy helping a variety of clients from athletes, to accident patients, people with chronic pain, clients interested in rest and relaxation as well as children. 

Education: I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and International Business as well as Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina …. my past life.

I then earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist  from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Intrinsic Coach Level 1 certified. Currently pursuing Academy of Clinical Massage Orthopedic Massage Certification.
