Howdy! I’m Issy Silva Aldridge (pronounced Izzy). As an Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner, I have dedicated my life to empowering others on their wellness journey. Energy Medicine has profoundly transformed my health and life, and it is my mission to share this gift with others. My journey into holistic healing began when I was diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, a condition that left me feeling isolated and hopeless. Traditional medicine offered little relief, but everything changed in 2014 when I discovered Energy Medicine through an incredible primary care doctor in Newport News, Virginia. Arriving at her office, depleted and wearing a mask to shield myself from the world, I found hope again. The moment I released my first trapped emotion and rebalanced my energy, I felt an immediate shift—one that set me on a path of continuous healing.

My approach is deeply intuitive, allowing me to connect with the unique energies of each client. I receive guidance through visual images, auditory messages, or a deep sense of knowing, which helps me identify and address imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. 

I’m passionate about empowering my clients with practical tools and techniques that support their healing journey between sessions. Whether you’re seeking in-person or virtual sessions via Zoom, I offer a safe space where you can achieve emotional release, balanced energies, and reduced stress.
