With a decade of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist—including four years collaborating closely with physical therapists—I specialize in helping clients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

My goal is to help you feel and move your best through personalized therapeutic care. My core modalities include deep tissue massage and hot stone therapy, which I frequently combine for maximum pain relief and muscle recovery. I also offer manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and am excited to introduce cupping therapy to my practice starting next week!
