Coaching :

~ Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (S.E.P.). Completion of 3-year professional training, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute (2016).

~ "Attachment and Trauma Mastery Program" w/ Diane Poole-Heller (2019).  6-week course, equivalent to Diane's DARe-1 training  ("DARe"= "Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience"). Explores basic developmental/Attachment/relational patterns, tending/healing approaches, & ways to support clients' more satisfying capacity for healthy connection.

~ 26-hour intensive training in Jon Eisman’s "R-CS" Model (2018)~ a spacious self-exploration model for re-connecting w/ our Organic expansive sense of original Wholeness.

~ "IFS-Inspired Coaching: Aligning the Inner System" (2020).  IFS~ "Internal Family Systems"~ approaches our inner voices / "parts" / neuro-patterns with care & respect~ exploring how these "parts" got programmed, & tending / updating to serve our life more clearly.

As white-bodied space-holder in systemically unequal society, I strive to become more educated/ informed/ responsible & caring for deep painful issues of human society~  including Racism, Able-ism, Gender-ism & more. This includes reading from books such as "Me & White Supremacy" by Layla F. Saad, "My Grandmother's Hands" by Resmaa Menakem; & attending trainings including "Restorative Justice Conferencing" & "Basics of Mediation" with San Francisco's Community Boards.

. Please know~ Whatever your background, skin-color, gender-identity, orientation, demographic, size, etc.... You are welcome here, & you are welcome to bring issues, experiences, challenges, traumas & questions~ re. social justice, racism, power/ oppression/ privilege, age-ism, gender-ism & more.

~Germ Safety Notes~

>> If you're feeling 'under-weather,' 'maybe-coming-down-with-something,' or 'just-getting-over something,' (whether or not covid) please POSTPONE / RE-SCHEDULE all in-person sessions. This will keep me healthy/ available, protect clients who share the space, & support your healing process.

>> Let me know in advance, any germ precautions you’d like me to take.

. I no longer automatically disinfect common-touch-surfaces before sessions, & I no longer regularly wear face-mask in sessions.

. If you wish me to provide either of above, please let me know in advance, so I can plan for it.

. I do still run air-purifier during in-studio sessions, & have hand-sanitizer-gel on-hand.

~Cancellation & Late Policies~

. Please give at least 24-hrs+ notice of cancellation. If less than 24-hours, please pay for session (you are welcome to pay lowest on sliding-scale).

. If cancellation is due to illness or real emergency, payment is not expected.

. If you run late, please pay for full session (as I reserved the time for you).

(If late, I may sometimes be able to "go over" a bit, to give you a li'l extra; but I can't guarantee this.)
