I am a licensed massage therapist providing professional out-call massage therapy through Massage Direct. I bring therapeutic bodywork directly to clients’ homes, creating a structured and calming treatment environment with all equipment provided.

My training began at Hawaii Healing Arts College in 2013. I integrate deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Level 1 certified through the Vodder School, with Level 2 and post-operative training in progress).

My work is grounded in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right support. Each session begins with an intake assessment and is customized to address pain patterns, mobility restrictions, lymphatic support needs, stress regulation, or recovery goals.
