My name is Nicole Ortega, I am an LMT in the city of Orlando. I take great pride in my work. All my clients are treated with the same respect and care as I do my best to listen and address each individual's specific needs. I like to customize massages based on the person I am working on, meaning I always give a different massage depending on the client. I take great joy and pride in helping people with chronic issues or just simply reducing tension and stress. My focus is typically in Trigger Point Therapy or Deep Tissue techniques combined with Hot Stones to help relax and soothe the tissues. I also like to incorporate stretching or ROM techniques to help the body achieve normal or proper functioning and alleviate any adverse symptoms. My pressure is subjective and I can adjust according to the individual, while more heavy handed techniques are typically my specialty, I can also provide light relaxing massage with just enough pressure for those who like a more gentle massage. I always make sure my strokes go in the direction that stimulates lymphatic drainage to achieve further benefits from your massages with me. 

I always enjoy people who come to me with specific issues and helping them get off my table feeling better than when they first got on.
