Honor Hartzog

Honor uses her training to help provide comfort, alleviate pain and chronic tensions, improve movement, and to promote healthy lifestyles. She has lost significant eyesight because of a genetic eye disease, but believes that as one of our '5' senses diminishes, the rest increase in funtion to assiat maneuvering through life. As her eyesight has decreased, her palpation skills have increased, allowing her to feel in your muscle fibers, noting areas that need attention. In her training in the Anat Baniel Method™, Honor takes into account gravitational forces on the skeleton and how chronic musculat tensions affect movement and function. Honor recognizes God as the Creator of our bodies, and thus seels His guidance as she works with clients and addresses their needs.
