Gary Stallings

Welcome! My name is Gary Stallings, and I became a massage therapist because I love helping people find relief from pain and stress. I’m passionate about creating a safe space where you can unwind, heal, and reconnect with your body.

My approach combines Swedish massage with deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching, focusing on chronic pain and muscle tension. I also incorporate Myofascial release to help improve mobility and reduce discomfort. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free.

I hold a license in Massage Therapy for the State of Nebraska and specialize in pain relief. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling renewed and with a better understanding of how to care for your body.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy traveling, theater, the gym, and spending time outdoors. Staying active helps me stay connected to my body and better understand my clients’ needs. I love working with busy professionals who need help managing stress and tension to feel recharged, as well as athletes and active individuals who want to recover faster.
