I have been practicing Massage Therapy since completing my certification for Massage Therapist, from Massage and Spa Professional Academy in Rochester MN, in March 2011. I love helping my clients with muscle tension issues such as tight calves from running, tennis elbow, tension headaches and migraines, but also with a gentler touch such as with prenatal and postnatal Massage. I use an integrated approach to Massage Therapy, as I do not see it as one size fits all. My style is a combination of Esalen Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Craniosacral, and anything else I've picked up over the years that I think would be useful for the problem at hand. Every body reacts differently to different pressure, different Massage Therapists, and different techniques and I hope to be the last stop on your Massage Therapist shopping journey. I have also been a featured Wellness provider at the Women and Spirituality Conference, Rochester, Minnesota and am a Licensed Cosmetologist.
