From the very first massage client I had as a student, I knew this is what I'm meant to be doing. This isn't a job for me - it's a calling.

I am constantly learning new techniques, developing new skills, and reading about the newest wellness information - so you are always receiving the best service I can give.

As well as being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Certified Meditation Coach, and Women's Empowerment and Spirituality Coach.

All of those skills are used during your appointment. We talk about what may be causing your pain, what you can do outside of the studio to help, and anything in between.

When you come to the studio, the first thing I am going to do is talk to you. You know yourself better than anyone else - and we are in this together.

You will receive a bodywork session tailored to your physical, mental, and spiritual needs. No one session looks the same. With the combination of my knowledge, my years of practice, my intuition, and the conversations we have - we work together to create healing magic on the table.

This is a place to rest, heal, and connect. You are not just a number on my table. You are a part of a community.

This studio is my safe space, and I want it to be yours too.

Current Menu -

Massage & Bodywork Session

~ 30 minute - $50

~ 60 minute - $80

~ 90 minute - $110

* Each massage and bodywork session will be tailored to each client's individual needs and goals for the session (pain relief, relaxation, ect)

Nervous System Reset -

~ 45 minutes - $70

* This is a face, head, neck, and shoulder massage and includes techniques to target and relax your nervous system. A chamomile steam eye mask and calming essential oils/incence are included.

TAJ Mat Session -

~ Between 30 minutes and 60 minutes - $1/minute

* The TAJ Mat uses heated gemstone, Far Infrared Therapy, PEMF, Red Light Therapy, and Negative Ion Therapy to bring you amazing benefits for full body healing. It helps to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, increase relaxation, detoxify the body, and much more!
