Eve Simmons

Hi, my name is Eve Simmons and I am a graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy where I received my professional license and certification. I have been practicing massage and bodywork since 2018 and am still dedicated to learning more about the body and what I can do as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

My specialties include: deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral techniques, swedish, lymphatic drainage, and pre-natal massage. Typically I will blend an assortment of these modalities during each session for each individual depending on their needs. My goal is to bring the body and mind together in healing, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional/spiritual connections. I take a trauma informed approach to the body, acknowleding the nervous system and the current relationship with touch and pain first. I love working with the root cause for clients at any stage of pain be it new or chronic, as well as regular maintanace for pain and stress management.
