Before I came to bodywork, I spent seventeen years in a contemplative community. Those years taught me sustained attention and a respect for stillness that I bring to every session. I trained in massage and CranioSacral Therapy at the same time. For the past two years, my work has included bodywork with trauma survivors: first responders in a residential recovery program, and veterans. That work showed me that people carrying a lot of stress, injury, or trauma usually don’t need more pressure. They need a setting where their nervous system can settle. My practice is built on that.

My approach: My work is trauma-informed and gentle. It includes CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and intra-oral CST alongside massage. You set the pace. You can change or stop anything at any point, and I’ll check in without making you feel like you’re interrupting. I don’t sell packages or push rebooking. What you share with me stays with me.

What to expect: CranioSacral sessions are done fully clothed. For massage, you’re professionally draped throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your first visit includes an unhurried intake conversation and about an hour of hands-on work. Every session ends with up to 15 minutes of free integration time, so you can get up slowly instead of being rushed out the door.

The private suite in Rancho Santa Margarita is wheelchair and walker accessible and books online. For mobile sessions, text or email me to set up a time. I see clients age 11 and up.
