Erin McGlincy, LMT provides personalized therapeutic massage and bodywork in Louisville, Kentucky, for every body—from everyday clients managing stress, pain, and tension to competitive and elite athletes focused on recovery and performance.

Erin is a Licensed Massage Therapist and NCBTMB-Recognized Specialist in Sports Massage with advanced training in manual lymphatic drainage, kinesiology taping, stretching and flexibility, and therapeutic bodywork. She has also spent years teaching and mentoring massage therapy students, bringing both clinical knowledge and a strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and movement into her work. With experience working with a wide range of clients, including collegiate and elite athletes, she brings a knowledgeable, individualized approach to every session.

Each session is customized to the individual and may incorporate therapeutic massage, sports massage, mobility and stretching techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, and kinesiology taping as appropriate. The goal is to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, support recovery, and help you feel and move your best.
