About
I am a certified reflexologist, member of the Reflexology Association of America (RAA).
I have studied anatomy, physiology and reflexology in France for three years, and have been certified in two schools :
- ACTION REFLEXO FORMATION (www.action-reflexo.com) with a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach that is focused on the systemic relation between organs
- REFLEX THERAPY TOTAL FAURE-ALDERSON, Ingham Method, (www.rttfa.net) focused on the cranial-sacral balance.
I still participate to post graduate training to enhance my practice with a Danish school, Touchpoint (www.touchpoint.dk).
Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet and hands. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally.
I practice reflexology with specific processes of manual pressure on feet areas. These areas gather 7200 nervous points located on your feet. These pressure points activate the general nervous network of your body connected through these points and areas. It has a balancing effect on the organs linked throughout this network. I also use specific blends of essential oils to optimize the effects of pressure points on your central and autonomous nervous systems. I work the same way on hands.
I tailor processes to your problems and needs to stimulate the systems (digestive system, hormonal system, cardio-vascular system, lymphatic system....) involved in your specific imbalances, like sleeping problems, stress, puberty, menopause, weight and digestive problems, inflammatory conditions, recovery after surgery or heavy treatment, strokes and brain injuries....
These cares will reset your organs and systems, help restore your balance and will optimize the way your organs and then your body work. They will bring you a deep functional relaxation and release the tensions that different sources of stress have created.
Because of many specific needs of my clients, I have completed in 2020 specific classes specialized in low back/knees/foot pain and stress. In 2021, I have completed a neck/shoulders specific learning to soothe everyone suffering from posture and chronic tension in the scapula area and a class dedicated to headache and migraine. In 2022 I focused on sciatic and SI joint that are involved in hip and feet pains. In 2023, I have extended my protocols to arms/hands pain. In 2024, we have started to work on fascia tensions and extended stress protocol to sleep issues. In 2025, I have learned a specific protocol for plantar fasciatis and anxiety.
However through these cares I cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness.
