About
As a holistic wellness professional I pride myself on the purposeful use of touch to assist in relaxation and healing Our nervous systems are very delicate. During times of stress anxiety your body will automatically switch into fight or flight mode. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing and emotional health. It is not just a luxury or pampering session, Instead, it assists with the body to reset itself.
We also specialize in relexology. Reflexology used hands on techniques om the feet, ears, hands and scalp to assist in relaxing the body
