I specialize in a variety of massage techniques focused on relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Whether you are experiencing tension, neck or shoulder pain, back discomfort, headaches, or simply need time to relax and recharge, each session is tailored to your individual needs.
Restorative Mat Pilates classes are available in Clarksburg on Mondays at 6:00 PM and are designed to help improve mobility, flexibility, core strength, and overall movement.
Private sessions and small group training are also available by appointment
