Over 20 years health and wellness has been my focus. Massage therapy isn't just physical work, its understanding how our habits, ilness, and current or supressed emotional trauma can affect our health. Massage shouldn't be looked at as a once in awhile endulgence, rather a learning experience, a true insight to who you are, and how your body responds to you.

I also decided to jump into Esthetics, I naturally chose a doctor(Ben Johnson of Osmosis Skincare) who had a holistic approach to overall well-being. He believes that skin issues are a symptom related to emotional stress, pathogens, and toxins therefore creating his own amazing wellness line of supplements.
