I am thrilled to be bringing 35 years of nursing experience into my massage practice. Having seen first hand the debilitating effects of long term stress (physical and emotional) on the body and the body's ability to heal itself when given the proper environment I am convinced that craniosacral and massage therapy are important tools in health maintenance and recovery. The treatment room has a a quiet inviting atmosphere including soft music, a water feature, a comfortable table, warm blankets, salt lamp and subdued lighting. Each session is uniquely designed to fit the clients needs so that relaxation can occur and the healing process be enhanced. Warm stones and essential oils are available with every massage at no extra charge.
