My name is Denise White and I am a Massachusetts licensed massage therapist. I have been a practicing massage therapist for 24 years, graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2001, and I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida Southern College.

For 18 years I worked with skilled physical therapists and a chiropractor at the Longfellow Health Center in Wayland, MA. In 2019 I decided to open my own practice. I love what I do and I'm grateful to be doing it!  I treat all kinds of people from athletes to senior citizens. Massage is so beneficial for the body by reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. It helps the circulatory system, lymphatic system, skeletal muscular system, endocrine system, and the immune system.  Several studies show that massage does wonders for mental health by decreasing the stress chemical, cortisol, and by increasing the release of the body's natural pain killer, endorphins.  This gives the body a whole sense of well being. 

I work with my client's individual needs to formulate a treatment plan that will help them attain their goals. I practice Swedish/relaxation massage and deep tissue massage modalities in a clean, professional and relaxing setting. I am available by appointment only and located in Mill Brook II, Sudbury, MA.

75 minutes $135

90 minutes $155
