I partner with you to feel better in your body through bodywork, energy practices, movement education, nutrition education, and coaching. In 2018, I gave myself a gift; I elevated my longtime "hobby" in bodywork, well-being, and fitness to my primary focus. When bodywork/fitness was my hobby, I worked in government, nonprofit, and corporations to help people find their success while working through the frustrations of teamwork and organizational structures.

My philosophy about our bodies:

• We can all learn more about how to thrive in the bodies we each have. Thriving is possible! And each of us gets to decide what we'll do with our own body, our own life. You're in charge and I'm here to listen and support you in getting what you want.
   
• I mainly work with nutrition along with the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. I work extensively with Norman Allard, DC, The Food Revolution Network, and study the work of many others including the D'ambrogio Institute. I know that "motion is lotion" and "movement & food is medicine." 
   
• I believe any bodywork and coaching process we choose to engage in (e.g., get a massage!) is more impactful and healing as we become intentional practioners within our own bodies.

I include many forms of bodywork in my practice (see below).  I partner with you regarding your movements, tensions, opportunities for release and restoration along with diet and lifestyle choices as you wish to pursue these. In addition to direct bodywork and coaching, I develop and run the online movement education school for Hierarchy of Movement.  

Find my studio appointments in Boulder CO.  Appointments are 60-minutes at $100/hour.

• 90-minute appointments are available upon request for $150.
