About
Originally from Washington D.C., Connor relocated to Austin because he was attracted to the fitness & health oriented culture. He believes in living a healthy lifestyle both physically and spiritually. In addition to his massage practice, you can also find him working part-time as a rowing machine fitness instructor at Ro Fitness. In his free time, he enjoys training jiu-jitsu, yoga, biking, rowing, reading fiction, and hiking through the Greenbelt.
He graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2021. He holds a Philosophy & Religious Studies degree from Louisiana State University. He is passionate about helping others through the modality of massage using his combination of strength, anatomical knowledge, and intuition.
Connor has worked with clients ranging from CrossFit athletes, jiu-jitsu competitors, powerlifters, tennis players and yogis. He has a broad understanding of many sports disciplines and integrates that into his practice.
