During Your Session
We'll discuss your preferences regarding pressure, focus areas, and comfort. Your massage will be customized to your needs, and you are always encouraged to communicate if you'd like adjustments during the session.
After Your Session
Many clients leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more comfortable in their bodies. I may provide simple recommendations to help you maintain the benefits of your massage between visits.
