I have recently moved into the area after enjoying 33 years of working as a massage therapist in southern California.  It's so good to be living here in Wyoming again after so many years of being away!

I have worked  with three different Chiropractors as well as with my own private clients over the years.  My experience has ranged from addressing tight muscles with Marines and fire fighters to the unique needs of the handicapped and post surgical patients.  I have worked with several oncolgy patients and have been trained in this area.

There are several techniques that I incorporate into a massage and I adapt what I do to address a client's needs, age, and health status.  I mix myofascial release, deep tissue, swedish, foot reflexology, lymph drainage, gentle work and range-of-motion into a session as needed for positive results. I enjoy reinforcing a client's wellness goals and being a positive influence in their lives.
