Hello, My name is Christine Richardson, 

I am currently a massage therapist and soon to be acupuncturist. I have ben an acupuncturist for over 10 years, My specialties are deep tissue and Swedish, but I am also familiar with stone, trigger point myofacial and Reki. 

Every one has there personal self care methods I am just an extension of that self care and hopefully a reminder to everyone that we all should take care of ourselves more often.
