Chisato Tsuji

Chisato Tsuji, LMT

Chisato is certified in the Medical Massage and the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome treatment, and her work varies from medical massage to relaxation massage.  Her constant self-studying of hands and wrists made her service unparalleled.  She uses the combination of Western and Eastern modalities, and stretching techniques, blending depend on the client's various conditions with the long experience working with neurologist, chiropractors, and other medical practitioners in NYC.  Chisato is the president of Music Hands Wellness LLC, and licensed in New York State.

After her graduation from the prestigious Swedish Institute in 2011, her practice has been available at the NBC Universal, medical offices, Four Seasons, NY Plaza Hotel, and Equinox.  She also had worked with SISTEM, a sports events massage team for NYC Triathlon, Ironman, NYC whole marathon, and the world championship canoe race.

She is originally from Japan, grown up in Europe and Central America from early childhood.  Her great grand father was a doctor in Oguni village, Yamagata, Japan before the antibiotics were invented, and has been influencing her to be a health care provider.  She came to NYC in 2000 as a jazz musician and performed in tri-state area.  A car accident she saw in 1992 and the rehabilitation to perform as a musician was also her motivation to be a therapist.

In her spare time, Chisato likes playing the guitar, and drawing.  She once served as a teacher's assistant at the Art Student League of New York.
