My name is Lauren, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about my practice. I began my career in healthcare, spending nearly 15 years in orthopaedics assisting patients with injury recovery through brace and cast application. This experience gave me a strong foundation in anatomy, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care, which naturally led me to massage therapy.

I focus on helping clients reduce pain, ease muscle tension, and improve overall body awareness. I believe that consistent self-care is essential for maintaining physical comfort and overall well-being, especially in today’s busy world.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized massage sessions that support relaxation, recovery, and long-term wellness. I strive to create a calm, professional environment where clients can take time to care for their bodies and leave feeling restored.
