Hello, I'm Charlene Levine. Welcome to Community Wellness Resources, LLC.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I have a BA in Communications, am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida and a certified guided meditation expert. I'm also the co-creator of Effective Muscle Release©, a targeted therapy that quickly relieves pain and restores mobility in the human body.
