How Chantelle Works:

Chantelle draws from Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and facilitated stretching — always adapting to what your body needs and how you respond.

About Chantelle:

Chantelle Lorenz brings over 25 years of experience offering bodywork rooted in presence, communication, and trust. Her work is informed by a deep understanding of how touch supports regulation, healing, and connection at any age.

Chantelle started massage training at Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork in 1997 and continued at McKinnon Institute in Oakland, CA. Her education includes working with trauma, elders, facilitated stretching, myofascial release, and neuromuscular re-education. She holds a degree in sociology (Laney College) and social welfare (UC Berkeley) and also works as a wellness coach.

PRICING

60 minutes:  $120

75 minutes:  $150

1.5 hours:  $180

On-site chair massage

On-site massage therapy supports employee well-being, focus, and morale by helping people regulate stress and feel cared for in the workplace. Three hour minimum.

How does the process work?

You're welcome to call or text with questions or to schedule. You'll complete a brief health form before your first session. Sessions are collaborative and responsive.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of service. Venmo, Zelle, credit card, check, or cash are accepted.

Do you accept insurance? It depends.

Yes - for Veterans who are covered with TriWest and a get a referral from the VA. Roots of Touch is a provider in the Community Care Network for Veterans.

Maybe - for massage related to a car accident may be covered if you have medical payments coverage. If you're unsure, you're encouraged to call or text before scheduling.

Roots of Touch does not bill insurance directly (with the exception of TriWest/VA).

Who is this practice for?

This practice is for people seeking attentive, intuitive care.

This practice does not provide sexual services and does not currently offer prenatal massage.
