Infrared Light Sauna Treatment: Combining an infrared light sauna with massage therapy creates a deeply relaxing, restorative experience. The heat warms muscles to enhance deeper bodywork, while infrared light helps reduce inflammation, relieves muscle and joint pain, accelerates cellular recovery and combats seasonal depression

Rehabilitative Massage: Uses specialized assessment techniques to create a clinical treatment designed to support recovery from injuries, surgeries or chronic conditions. Aims to restore range of motion, improve muscle flexiblility, reduce scar tissue and adhesions, improve posture and body alignment and alleviate pain. Multiple massage techniques are utilized including fascial therapy, muscle energy therapy, orthopedic cupping, facilated stretching, lymphatic drainage and hydrotherapy

Relaxation Massage: Enjoy a rhythmic, flowing Swedish massage designed to improve circulation and encourage experiences of deep relaxation. Includes hot stones and aromatherapy if desired to promote mental and physical wellness

Therapeutic Massage: Targets deeper layers of muscle ideal for pain relief, muscle tension and increasing joint movement

Lympatic Drainage Massage: Uses gentle pressure to help clear lymph fluid alleviating swelling and discomfort while boosting immune health

Reiki: A Japanese technique utilizing light touch to balance life energy and chakras promoting deep emotional and physical relaxation. Includes crystal therapy if desired to increase harmony within the body

Himalayan Salt Rock Massage: Smooth, heated Himalayan salt rocks are integrated into your massage to warm muscles and melt away tension promoting a calming, grounding effect

Prenatal Massage: Certified pre and post-natal therapist will apply gentle, specialized techniques to relieve fatigue, swelling and discomfort during pregnancy and post birth

Geriatric Massage: Specilaized, gentle therapy tailored for older & better adults. Focuses on reducing stress, relieving joint pain, improving circulation and increasing mobility all while ensuring comfort and safety
