Lawrence Craver

Being an Army veteran put tons of stress on my body, restricting movement, causing dysfunction and making life difficult. I was living with aches and pains everyday and it even got bad enough to disrupt my daily living activities. I got my Bachelor's from Florida Atlantic University and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After years of trying to learn what was causing my pain and how to fix it, I realized it was going to take a fully integrative approach of several modalities to get me back to excelling in my life. This is why I began learning every different technique used by massage therapists and trainers to improve posture, structural alignment and myofascial performance. So as a personal trainer and massage therapist, I use the techniques that I know best resolve any limiting restrictions while also strengthening any weaknesses to provide and multi-modality approach to getting all my patients and athletes out of pain and back into performance in their training and in their lives.
