I began my bodywork journey in 2008, attending Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, FL. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for years, I witnessed people from all walks of life struggling with chronic pain, injuries, mobility issues, insomnia, stress and depression. Bodywork became the channel for me to work one-on-one with people, create meaningful relationships, set goals, and achieve positive, life-changing results.

Bodywork is a broad and ever-evolving path, and I am always learning and growing my skill set. Some of my specializations include: Swedish, deep tissue, traditional Thai massage, cupping therapy, myofascial M2TBlade tool, trigger point therapy, Himalayan Salt stones, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy – all of which I incorporate in my practice.

My approach to each individual and each session is unique and customized based on a thorough intake. I want to know your history and current state – physically, mentally, emotionally – as well as what you wish to achieve from your session. Once I know what you are looking for, and what you are comfortable with, I can adapt my skillset to your specific needs and comfort level. When I’m not with my clients, I am enjoying time with my pup, Buckley- out hiking, paddling, cycling, camping, gardening; or inside with my kitty, Ophelia, enjoying a book, movie, music, podcast, cooking or crafting.
