Through the use of massage and other techniques, such as posture and breathwork, I will help you to become more comfortable in your skin and to move your body in a way that supports your life. Although massage and bodywork feel like luxuries, they are an integral part of self-care. 

I am a certified Medical Massage Practitioner, and am happy to coordinate your therapeutic massage treatment with members of your medical care team.
