Kate Eyler

Hello and welcome!

My name is Kate Eyler and I am honored to bring my massage therapy skills to the Southwest Virginia community. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011 specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping therapy. I enjoyed a flourishing 7 years as co-owner of a massage studio called Live Well Be Well in the heart of Baltimore Maryland. This beautiful southern landscape and my love for my family have since called me here to serve the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.

I received my initial exposure to the benefits of therapeutic massage as a competitive gymnast. SInce then, life seems to have led me naturally into the field of my dreams. I now enjoy each day to the fullest just knowing I have the opportunity to support others in their health and wellness journeys.

My approach to massage blends both science and art into my own very unique and detail oriented style. I allow the client's body to guide me in it's needs based on such signs as change in skin temperature/color and various pulsations/muscle twitching, I am especially passionate about working with clients suffering from headaches and neck, shoulder or hip pain. In addition, I have had much success treating many different pathologies such as thoracic outlet syndrome, scoliosis, sciatica/piriformis syndrome and plantar fascitis.
