Welcome to Blissful Body Massage and Yoga. My name is Barbara Bertoletti, a massage therapist in Middleton, Massachusetts. My mission as a massage therapist is to bring back balance and movement into your life. If you live with arthritis, suffer from a rotator cuff injury, or lower back pain and sciatica, how much longer are you willing to live like this? Massage offers a way to increase movement to the joints, to increase blood flow and create activation of muscles to combat pain, soreness, fatigue and stress.
Your treatment will consist on targeted manipulation of muscles, stretches, and post massage yoga poses to do at home. You will start to gradually feel better, depending on the frequency of your treatments and how severe your condition is.
