About
I draw on 28 years of endurance sports experience and my therapeutic massage training from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage to help patients reduce or relieve chronic pain and discomfort from work, sports or accidents.
After transitioning to massage therapy from a computer job mid-pandemic, I discovered deep satisfaction in providing lasting pain relief to patients. My unique style mixes Swedish, pin and stretch, Thai stretching, PNF stretching, dynamic cupping and focused deep tissue for a relaxing and effective massage.
When not working I’m enjoying life with my wife and three children, running, or planning my next ultra-running trail adventure somewhere in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This photo was taken near the Butte Camp and Loowit Trails intersection on Mt. St. Helens.
