Hi! My name is Ashley Schweitzer and I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for focused, deep tissue massage stemming from my work with NC State athletes. My experience covers Lymphatic, Swedish, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pregnancy, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki. I graduated from The Healing Arts & Massage School in Raleigh, NC and also have a Bachelors in Social Work from Appalachian State University, spending two years post-grad in the non-profit industry. My passion is rooted in helping others and massage and bodywork is an excellent place to start within the context of holistic healing. If I could share one thing with the community, it is that bodywork should not be seen as an indulgence, but rather a means of self-care that renews and rejuvinates the body's natural functions so that we can enjoy life optimally!
